HOW IS IT POSITIONED
REFIL1 is Roicè's first regulated, listed investment fund, focused on a REIT structure based in Spain for a real estate acquisition and management operation in residential, commercial, and logistics assets around Spain.
REFIL1 is not presented as a mass-market investment product. It is intended for eligible investors within Roicè’s private ecosystem and should be evaluated in light of investor profile, legal structure, risk considerations and applicable jurisdiction.
