Roicè's announces the acquisition of 45% of a Chinese silicon factory

In a 63 million transaction, Roicè acquires 45% of shares and becomes the second major shareholder in a state-private operation. The factory produces 2 tn of silicon per year, and the prediction is mining to 5 tn per year with the Roicè investment in the following three years.

The transaction is waiting for the Chinese government's approval, at the moment, Roicè has being made the security deposits in the MSFG bank.
